Stabilization is a critical phase, and honestly, it’s one that’s easy to overlook if you’re doing this alone. It’s not just about adding food back in—it's about learning how your body responds, noticing shifts in hunger and energy, and resetting your internal cues. As your coach, I help you fine-tune this process so you feel confident and in control, not confused or overwhelmed.
This is where we create your new normal. Maintenance is all about learning how to eat and live in a way that supports your goals without feeling restrictive. It’s also where we talk about mindset, routines, habits, and how to course-correct if life throws you a curveball (which it always does).
